If you are having a reaction to a product you purchased from us; we are happy to exchange it! We just ask that you bring it in within 30 days of the date you made the purchase. Otherwise all sales are final.

Our time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance and 48 hours in advance for semi permanent eyebrows. If you're unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be incurred:

  • 24 hours in advance- no fee
  • Less than 24 hours in advance- 50% of the cost of services booked
  • No shows- 100% of the cost of services booked

Adjustment Policy:

If you are not 100% happy with your service, please let us know! We are happy to speak with your stylist/esthetician to come up with a plan to fix that! In order to get an adjustment we ask that you reach out within 72 hours of the original appointment. Adjustments must be booked within 1 week of the original appointment.
