If you are having a reaction to a product you purchased from us; we are happy to exchange it! We just ask that you bring it in within 30 days of the date you made the purchase. Otherwise all sales are final.
Our time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance and 48 hours in advance for semi permanent eyebrows. If you're unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame, the following fees will be incurred:
- 24 hours in advance- no fee
- Less than 24 hours in advance- 50% of the cost of services booked
- Reoccurring last minute cancellations- 100% of the cost of services booked
- No shows- 100% of the cost of services booked
